HOW DO YOU HIRE YOUR INSTRUCTORS?

Boost Learning has a thorough evaluation and onboarding process in order to maintain a high level of instructional professionalism and quality. Part of the hiring process includes the demonstration of planning and preparing a lesson, as well as the ability to utilize best practices in teaching. Our instructors carry unique background experiences which we consider, as we carry out our tutoring match process.

HOW LONG AND HOW OFTEN ARE TUTORING SESSIONS?

Typically, our sessions last 1-hr, but we do suggest sessions twice a week. This allows students to gain more accountability in managing their workload and have more time spent comprehensively reviewing new materials.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Rates vary depending on the tutoring subject and plan. We offer discount packages for students attending our partnership schools, as well as a variety of class sizes at different price points.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE SESSIONS? WHO DO I PAY?

Package renewals and initial payments must be paid prior to the start of a new session. All payments should be made via Zelle or check to our email. All payments will be managed by an admin of Boost Learning.

REFUND POLICY

For private tutoring, in the event that a package must be refunded due to extenuating circumstances, a refund can be issued for the remaining unused hours after deducting the total amount of the used hours based on an a la carte rate.
For group classes, if you notify us before the class starts, you can apply for a 75% refund or a 100% credit on your account for a future enrollment.
If you notify us before the 2nd class starts, you may receive a 60% of remaining balance refund or 100% of unused credit on your account for a future enrollment.
If you notify us after the 2nd class, you may receive 50% of unused credit on your account for a future enrollment.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE

• Sign up with a friend/sibling for individualized tutoring and pay one discounted price!
Note: Two students max in one session. Students must be within 2 grade levels apart.
• Sign up for a specialized group class (3+ students) in a similar content area, such as high school entrance test prep.
• Refer a friend who signs up, and both receive 10% off for both parties!
